This is an experience that I had a few years ago and is one that I have never shared with anyone until now.

I am a deeply spiritual person who is always yearning to learn more about the many areas of spirituality as well as trying to figure out what my own place is within the grand scheme of things. I also perform regular meditations where on one occasions I believe that I was visited by Archangel Michael who allowed me to take a glimpse of Heaven. Please note that this wasn’t a near death experience but was a spiritual event that I feel blessed to have received during one of my meditation sessions.

I can still remember the time when this occurred and I don’t think I will ever forget the experience. As I was drifting into a deep state of relaxation with my Kyanite blade placed over my heart chakra and a small piece of Moldavite which was placed over my 3rd eye I started to become aware of an external energy that was moving close to me. I have always worked and felt a very strong connection with Archangel Michael and will daily see his blue flash of light around me but on this occasion the energies of Michael appeared to me in full form. He didn’t speak to me but just held out his hand. As soon as I held his hand I saw myself lift up out of my physical body where I then started to travel down a long greyish tunnel which was filled with sparkling golden and silver lights. At the end of this tunnel I saw what I can only describe as a radiant white light which grew in intensity the closer I came to it. When I pushed through this white light I then saw what I can only describe as being a wall of sparkling water that was cascading over the entrance to another realm. I could see glimpses of a scene behind this wall of water but I couldn’t yet make out what these images were.

As we stood there I could hear Michael speak to me telepathically where he simply asked me if I was ready. I didn’t quite understand what he meant by this but I knew in my heart that I would be ok and that with Michael by my side no harm would come to me. I again took hold of Michael's hand and walked through this wall of water. The strangest part is that I wasn’t wet after emerging from this wall of water. It looked like water but it wasn’t water. It is very hard to explain but it was a sort of wall of etheric energy that resembled water. As I emerged from this wall of water/energy I was greeted by a scene that I will never forget. It was just pure beauty. Meadows that stretched out as far as the eye could see. The Grass, Flowers and Trees were gently swaying in a warm breeze but as they swayed they created a beautiful sound that I can only describe as being the sound of Heaven. Again it is very hard to describe these things. They were also more beautiful than anything that I have ever seen on earth. I’m also sure I saw some flowers and trees that have never been seen on the earth and when I asked Michael about this he just smiled. The grass that also swayed with the breeze actually glowed with the energy of the universe that was embedded in every blade. The colours of the flowers were of intensity than anything here on earth.

My attention was then drawn towards a walled city which also glowed with a golden light. When I again looked at Michael to ask him what this was he told me that this was one of the many cities within Heaven/ Spirit World/Astral Realms. He didn’t say the exact name but I believe that whatever we call the afterlife it is the same. This was one of the many places where all our loved ones who had passed away lived. I wanted to enter the city but was told that it was not yet my time and I could not enter. This did sadden my heart but I understood the message that had been given and didn’t pester Michael again with the request to enter. I must admit though, I would have loved to have seen some of my loved ones again.

When Michael told me that it was time for me to come back I must admit that I really didn’t want to come home but I knew that I had to. I walked back through the wall of water and gently re assimilated back into my consciousness. After that time I have never been the same and I now hold a much deeper belief in the afterlife and know that one day I will be able to enter that city where I can once again be with my loved ones.
